Shipping Information

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchases. We offer a variety of competitive shipping options on orders to the U.S. and Canada.

Standard Shipping (US)

Only $12.00 for any order up to one pound. Standard shipping orders usually ship within 48 hours (see exclusions) and arrive 5-10 business days from the day of shipping (although not guaranteed). Most Standard Shipping orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Includes all handling charges. Customers receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail when their order ships.

Expedited Shipping (US)

Only $15.99 for any order up to one pound. Each additional pound (up to twenty pounds) is only $4. Expedited orders usually ship within 48 hours (see exclusions) and usually arrive 3-4 business days from the day of shipping (although not guaranteed). Expedited orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (depending on weight and location). Includes all handling charges. Customers receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail when their order ships.

Standard Shipping (Canada)

We currently only ship small, lightweight items to Canada (collars, dresses, harnesses, books, etc.) Please note that heavier items such as dog beds, puppy pads, furniture and other items over three pounds are usually not available for shipping to Canada.

Shipping Rates:

Only $15.99 for any order up to one pound. Each additional pound is only $4. Orders under 3 pounds usually ship via USPS Global Priority and may arrive in 10-15 business days (although not guaranteed). Orders may be delayed by Canadian customs, so delivery time can be longer. Orders over 3 pounds ship USPS at Puppy Chic Boutique discretion (most economical). Includes all handling charges. Customers receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail when their order ships.

Non-deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, incorrect shipping information or absence we will attempt to contact the customer via phone or email to obtain correct shipping information. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped. If we are unable to resolve the order it will be returned and the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Exclusions

All products have a "Usually Ships Within" date posted clearly above the product description. Although most items on Puppy Chic Boutique ship within 48 hours or sooner, some items, (especially dog carriers and designer apparel) require a 3-5 day lead time. Some Puppy Chic Boutique items may be temporarily sold out or back ordered. We pledge to always ship your order as quickly as possible and keep you posted on your order's progress. We appreciate your business.

Do you ship international orders?

We currently only ship to US and Canada.

Do you ship overnight?

We do not accept overnight orders through our web site, as time zones vary and we never want to over promise a delivery date to a customer.

Why is the shipping on my order more than the price of the product?

Although it is rare, occasionally this occurs on lower priced items. We have a minimum cost for shipping and handling on items under one pound. Discounted items may actually cost less than the shipping and handling.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, for small items only. Large items (dog beds, furniture, puppy pads and more) may not be available to Alaska, Hawaii or other US locations. We will contact you if your order is not shippable to your location.

Do I pay for shipping on exchanges and returns?

Yes. We also recommend insuring your item in case it is lost or damaged while in transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 working days of the time the order is placed. Please contact Customer Service immediately at 631-553-5151 if you need to cancel an order.

Returns & Exchanges

To request a return, please contact customer service at 631-553-5151 to obtain a Return Authorization and Return Instructions.

Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with tags still intact. Due to health regulations, products such as the carriers, beds, and apparel cannot be returned once they have been used or worn by your pet. There is a three day return policy after date of purchase.

There is a 20% restocking fee for items returned due to customer error. Any and all exchanges because of customer error is fully paid for my customer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Puppy Chic Boutique currently accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Order Status

For online orders, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If you have not received your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, you can call customer service at 631-553-5151 to confirm that your order has been received.
